An online platform
for practicing communication
and interpersonal skills.
Leaders often find it difficult to translate everything they know into everyday practice—to make their knowledge and capabilities work in service of real business challenges.
In our work, we see that today's leaders already have access to a wide range of knowledge, tools, and frameworks. The real challenge begins when it comes to practice and implementation: when familiar habits and automatic responses take over instead of the new approaches they have learned.
Our Approach
Our approach is simple: we create a space for practice—a kind of GYM—where knowledge can be translated into real action. Through GYM, participants work one-on-one with specially designed exercises and real-life practice cases, turning concepts into experience.
  • Convenient

Training sessions take place online, wherever it is most convenient—at home, in the office, or even from a café. All you need is an internet connection, a device, Zoom, and headphones.

  • Focused

Each session lasts 30 minutes—a format designed to fit into the demanding schedules of today's leaders.

  • Safe

Sessions are individual and confidential. There are no unnecessary observers, judgments, or performance evaluations—conditions that are often difficult to create in the workplace.

  • Practical

The coach provides immediate feedback and creates an opportunity to try a different approach right away—building successful experience and strengthening the skill through practice.

  • Effective

After just 3–4 sessions, GYM significantly increases a leader's confidence and consistency in applying new skills, tools, and approaches in everyday work.

  • Easy to Integrate

GYM can be quickly adapted to the technologies, frameworks, and learning goals of corporate development programs, significantly increasing their practical impact.

For Individual Practice
For Practice Within Corporate Programs
  • Each participant receives their case in advance, prepares for the session, and develops their own approach before the meeting.

  • Sessions are held individually, online, and last 30 minutes.

  • Participants meet with a specially trained coach-actor, work through the case in real time, receive immediate feedback on what worked and what could be strengthened, and have the opportunity to try a different approach right away.

  • For each subsequent training session, participants are given a new case to solve.
