About the Approach

ConferenceYes, this is a conference. Throughout the experience, we will work in different groups and constellations, speaking, listening, and interacting as we explore our central theme—group dynamics. - ImmersiveEverything unfolds in real time and emerges through the actions of the participants. No one knows in advance what kind of experience will arise.
- EvolutionaryIn this format, we build on self-awareness, the capacity to sustain an inquiry stance, the ability to create experience with care for oneself, the dynamics of vertical development, and action inquiry. In that sense, this is our attempt to reimagine the Group Relations Conference through an evolutionary lens.

The Group Relations Conference format differs in several important ways from the Evolution programs you may already know.Among them:
- Time boundaries — the conference begins and ends exactly at the scheduled time.
- Limited capacity — the conference is limited to 28 participants. Fewer participants are possible; more are not.

Работает старшим поведенческим консультантом по лидерству в программе Executive MBA и психодинамическим коучем на ExecutiveCoaching СКОЛКОВО, консультантом в IMD (Швейцария), CEIBS(Китай), является основателем Top Systems Group, автором иммерсивных программ для руководителей.
Евгения обладает 9 летним опытом в организационном консалтинге (из них 4 года в АО «Делойт и Туш СНГ»), 13-летним опытом в области управления персоналом и организационного развития в крупных банках России (АО «ОТП Банк», ЗАО «Кредит Европа Банк», ОАО «Банк ВТБ»).
По рейтингу «Коммерсанта» Евгения вошла в топ-10 Директоров по персоналу в банковском секторе в 2014, 2015, 2016 гг.
У Евгении высшее педагогическое, экономическое образование и психоаналитическое образование. Степень магистра Манчестерского университета.
Евгения является сертифицированным коучем PCC ICF, сертифицированным экспертом профессионального Развития по Системе Оценки Хогана («3 Minute Mile», 2016), сертифицирована по типологии MBTI Step I and Step II в Сколково в 2019 году.
Евгения прошла программу подготовки консультантов по групповой динамике у профессора LionelStapley (IGO, Лондон в 2018), супервизионный практикум для консультантов по групповой динамике у Ричарда Морган-Джонса (Москва, 2020), участвовала в конференции человеческих отношений «Making the Difference» (Польша, 2017) и в двухнедельной конференции человеческих отношений в Институте Тависток (Великобритании, 2019). Закончила курс «Динамика в Совете директоров» в Институте Тависток в 2021. Явялется инициатором, организатором и экспертом иммерсивных конференций в России с 2018 года и в Казахстане с 2023 года.
